How it works.

If you meet the criteria and conditions outlined under “The legal stuff.” give us a call. We will demonstrate our folio and capabilities. If you are happy with the quality of work we have displayed, you will be free to engage us for the 12 month period. You will be required to review and sign a detailed contract documenting these Terms and Conditions in more detail.

The 50 free hours will be deducted from your billings evenly over a 12 month period as 4.2 hours of free billings per calendar month. If these hours are not taken advantage of within the calendar month they become forfeit. If the 120 billable hours are not reached by the end of the 12 month period, you will be invoiced for any outstanding work, as well as the balance of any free time you may have received.

The legal stuff.

Your business needs to meet all eligibility criteria below for your business to be eligible:
1.1 Your business must have a current valid ABN/ACN.
1.2 Your business must pass a credit check to the satisfaction of 765º Brand Communications.
1.3 Your business must total a minimum of 120 billable hours as recorded by 765º Brand Communications in the 12 months following your engagement of our agency. If this criterion is not met, 765º Brand Communications reserves the right to bill all or part of any outstanding billable hours accrued in the 12 months, as well as any free time you may have received in the 12 month period. (Please see details under “How it works,”)
1.4 Your business must start its 12 month engagement with 765º Brand Communications within the period starting 1 May 2009 and ending 1 August 2009.
1.5 Your business must be a new prospect or company with whom 765º Brand Communications has not previously been engaged.

765º Brand Communications reserves the right to refuse any prospective clients who do not meet the above criterion or:
2.1 May bring 765º Brand Communications, its services or employees into disrepute.
2.2 Are engaged in the production, development, sales or distribution of tobacco, pornography or firearms.

The 50 free hours do not include the costs of any outsourced or external contractors,  services or products, including but not limited to: media, printers, photographers (including the purchase of stock photography), copywriters, public relations, filming and production, specialist web production, trade stand construction, shop-fitting or professional consultants.
